DMCA & Intellectual Property Notice

ITLOX Inc. ("RadMah AI") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This page describes RadMah AI's intellectual property notice and the process for reporting alleged infringement. RadMah AI's Intellectual Property: The RadMah AI platform, all generation engines and capabilities (Mock Data, Synthesize, Virtual SCADA Simulator, ICS Security Simulator, Constrained Synthesis, AI Orchestrator, Agentic AI Data Scientist), the evidence bundle architecture, the BLAKE3 sealing and Contract K specification system, all underlying software, algorithms, UI, branding, logos, documentation, and trade secrets are the exclusive intellectual property of ITLOX Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, patent, trade secret, and trademark law. "RadMah AI™," "RadMahAI™," the RadMah AI logo, and related marks are trademarks of ITLOX Inc. Federal trademark applications are pending in the United States, United Kingdom, and European Union; no ® registered status is claimed until those registrations issue. Unauthorised use of RadMah AI's marks is prohibited. User Content: Users retain ownership of Reference Datasets they upload and Generated Data produced from their Accounts, subject to the licence granted in the Terms of Service. RadMah AI does not claim ownership of user-generated content.

RadMah AI complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. If you believe that material accessible through the RadMah AI platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notification to our designated copyright agent. Who May Submit a DMCA Notice: Only the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner may submit a DMCA takedown notice. What RadMah AI Can Act On: RadMah AI can respond to DMCA notices that concern material hosted by RadMah AI (such as content on our marketing website or user-uploaded Reference Datasets). RadMah AI cannot act on DMCA notices relating to content on third-party websites or services. Required Elements of a Valid DMCA Notice: A valid DMCA notice must include all of the following: (1) Identification of the copyrighted work(s) you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works at a single site are covered; (2) Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information sufficient to permit RadMah AI to locate the material (e.g., URL, description of location); (3) Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address; (4) A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (5) A statement that the information in your notice is accurate; (6) A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf; (7) Your physical or electronic signature. Where to Submit: Send DMCA notices by email to: dmca@radmah.ai (Subject line: "DMCA Notice — [Brief description of work]"). Alternatively, by post to: ITLOX Inc., Attn: DMCA Agent, [Registered Address], Wilmington, Delaware, USA. Important: Submitting a false or bad-faith DMCA notice is a violation of 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) and may expose you to legal liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Please consider whether your complaint is well-founded before submitting.

If you believe that material you uploaded or posted has been incorrectly removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notice. Required Elements of a Valid Counter-Notice: (1) Your physical or electronic signature; (2) Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and the location where it appeared before removal; (3) A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification; (4) Your name, address, and telephone number; (5) A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district in which you are located (or, if outside the US, any judicial district in which RadMah AI may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the complainant or their agent. Where to Submit Counter-Notices: Send counter-notices by email to: dmca@radmah.ai (Subject line: "DMCA Counter-Notice — [Brief description]"). Process After Counter-Notice: Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, RadMah AI will forward a copy to the original complainant and will reinstate the removed material within 10–14 business days, unless the complainant files an action in federal district court seeking a court order to keep the material disabled.

RadMah AI maintains a repeat infringer policy in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i). In appropriate circumstances, RadMah AI will terminate the Accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. "Repeat infringer" means a user who has been the subject of two or more valid, undisputed DMCA takedown notices within any 12-month period, or who RadMah AI otherwise determines (in its reasonable judgement) is repeatedly using the platform to infringe third-party intellectual property rights. Termination under this policy is without refund of any outstanding subscription fees or credits.

If you believe that RadMah AI's platform, website, or users are using your trademark in a way that is likely to cause confusion, deception, or mistake, you may contact us at legal@radmah.ai with the following information: (1) Identification of the trademark at issue (including registration numbers if applicable); (2) The jurisdiction in which the trademark is registered or claimed; (3) A description of how you believe the trademark is being used or infringed; (4) Contact information for the trademark owner or authorised representative; (5) A statement of good faith belief that the use is infringing. Trademark complaints do not follow the DMCA counter-notice process. RadMah AI will investigate all valid trademark complaints and respond within 10 business days.

For complaints regarding alleged patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation, or other intellectual property violations not covered by the DMCA, contact: legal@radmah.ai (Subject line: "IP Complaint — [Type of IP]") Please include a detailed description of the intellectual property at issue, the nature of the alleged infringement, your contact information, and your authority to make the complaint. RadMah AI will review all IP complaints and respond within a reasonable time. Note that RadMah AI's platform generates synthetic data algorithmically and does not reproduce or transmit third-party proprietary datasets. If you believe a RadMah AI customer has used your proprietary dataset as a Reference Dataset without authorisation, please contact us with supporting evidence.

You may refer to RadMah AI by name in a factually accurate, non-misleading manner for purposes of identifying RadMah AI's products or services (e.g., "Powered by RadMah AI" or "Integrated with RadMah AI"). You may not: (a) Use RadMah AI's name, logo, or marks in a way that suggests RadMah AI endorses, sponsors, or is affiliated with your product or service without RadMah AI's prior written consent; (b) Use RadMah AI's marks as part of your own product or company name; (c) Register any domain name, social media account, or trademark that incorporates RadMah AI's marks; (d) Use RadMah AI's marks in any manner that disparages RadMah AI or its products.
