Intellectual Property Policy

ITLOX Inc. ("RadMah AI", "we", "our", or "us") owns or licenses all intellectual property rights in and to the RadMah AI platform, including but not limited to: — All software source code, object code, compiled binaries, and intermediate build artefacts constituting the RadMah AI platform — All proprietary algorithms, statistical methods, mathematical formulations, and computational workflows embedded in or implemented by the platform — All machine learning models, neural network weights, training pipelines, model architectures, and model evaluation frameworks developed by RadMah AI — All synthetic data generation engines, including the trained AI synthesis engine, the Mock Data Engine, the constrained synthesis engine, the SCADA Simulator, and the ICS Attack Scenario Generator — Contract K, the Contract K specification format, and the Contract K sealing and evidence protocol — All API designs, protocol specifications, data schemas, contract formats, and interface definitions — All dashboard user interfaces, visual designs, interaction patterns, and frontend code — All documentation, technical specifications, whitepapers, research summaries, and operator guides authored by RadMah AI — All trade secrets, know-how, and proprietary methodologies embedded in the foregoing These rights are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including United States copyright law, patent law (including pending patent applications), trade secret law, and international equivalents. No licence to any RadMah AI intellectual property is granted by these terms except as expressly set out in the RadMah AI Terms of Service.

You retain full ownership of: — All data, datasets, files, schemas, and other materials you upload to the platform ("Reference Data") — All synthetic data outputs, evidence bundles, Contract K artefacts, reports, and other generated materials produced by the platform in response to your job requests ("Generated Outputs") RadMah AI does not claim any ownership interest in your Reference Data or your Generated Outputs. These remain your intellectual property subject to any applicable third-party rights. You are responsible for ensuring that: (a) You hold all rights, permissions, licences, and consents necessary to upload your Reference Data to the platform; (b) Your use of Generated Outputs does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights; (c) Where Reference Data contains personal data of third parties, you have a lawful basis to process that data and to engage RadMah AI as a sub-processor in accordance with our Data Processing Addendum. RadMah AI provides no warranty that Generated Outputs are free from third-party intellectual property claims. Responsibility for downstream use of Generated Outputs rests with you.

By uploading Reference Data and submitting generation jobs, you grant RadMah AI a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to: (a) Process, copy, transform, and analyse your Reference Data solely to the extent necessary to execute your requested jobs and deliver Generated Outputs; (b) Store your Reference Data and Generated Outputs for the retention period configured in your Account or as required to deliver the Service; (c) Create internal technical logs, metrics, and operational data derived from your usage solely for platform reliability, security, debugging, and capacity planning purposes. This licence does not extend to: — Using your Reference Data to train, fine-tune, or improve any RadMah AI model — Using your Reference Data for any purpose other than delivering the Service to you — Disclosing your Reference Data to any third party except as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum — Retaining your Reference Data beyond the applicable retention period following Account closure The licence terminates automatically upon deletion of your Reference Data or closure of your Account, subject to backup retention periods described in our Privacy Policy.

You must not, and must not permit any third party to: Reverse Engineering: Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decrypt, reconstruct, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, object code, algorithms, model weights, training methodologies, or underlying logic of any part of the RadMah AI platform. Model Extraction: Use the platform's outputs to train, fine-tune, distil, or reconstruct any model that replicates or approximates the functionality of any RadMah AI engine, model, or algorithm. Scraping and Automated Extraction: Use automated means to scrape, mirror, bulk-download, or otherwise systematically extract platform data, API responses, model outputs, or interface structures for any purpose other than your own authorised use of the Service. Competitive Intelligence: Use access to the platform, its outputs, or its interfaces to develop, benchmark, or enhance a competing product or service. Circumventing Technical Controls: Circumvent, disable, or attempt to defeat any technical protection measure, access control, rate limit, IP restriction, tenant isolation boundary, or encryption applied to the platform. Derivative Works: Create derivative works of the platform's software, interfaces, engines, or documentation without RadMah AI's prior written consent. White-labelling Without Authorisation: Present the platform, its outputs, or its evidence artefacts as if they were produced by a different system without a written OEM or white-label agreement with RadMah AI. Breach of any restriction in this section may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, and legal action including claims for intellectual property infringement, breach of contract, and injunctive relief.

The following names, marks, and designations are trademarks or service marks of ITLOX Ltd and/or ITLOX Inc.: — RadMah AI™ — Contract K™ — Agentic Data Scientist™ — RadMah (when used in connection with the RadMah AI platform) These marks may not be used without prior written permission from RadMah AI, except as expressly permitted by applicable law (for example, nominative fair use to accurately refer to RadMah AI's products in factual commentary or academic research). You may not use any RadMah AI trademark: — As part of a company name, product name, domain name, or service name — In a way that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with RadMah AI that does not exist — In a way that is likely to cause confusion with, or dilute or tarnish, a RadMah AI trademark — In connection with any goods or services other than genuine RadMah AI products Third-party trademarks, trade names, and product names referenced on the RadMah AI platform or in documentation are the property of their respective owners. RadMah AI's synthetic data generation platform and associated algorithms may be protected by one or more patents or patent applications in the United States and other jurisdictions. RadMah AI does not grant any patent licence except as may be expressly set out in the Terms of Service. Use of the platform as a subscriber does not convey any patent licence to reproduce, manufacture, or distribute the underlying inventions outside of the Service. Patent inquiries: legal@radmah.ai

RadMah AI's platform is built in part on open-source software. The use of open-source components does not affect RadMah AI's ownership of the proprietary elements of the platform. The following categories of open-source software are used in the platform and are subject to their respective licences: Apache 2.0 Licensed Components: — Apache Airflow (workflow orchestration in certain deployment configurations) — Apache Arrow (columnar data interchange) — Various Python data science libraries (pandas, scikit-learn derivatives, and related tooling) MIT Licensed Components: — Next.js, React, and associated frontend tooling — Various Node.js runtime utilities BSD Licensed Components: — NumPy, SciPy, and related scientific computing libraries — PyTorch (BSD-style licence) Mozilla Public Licence 2.0: — Certain cryptographic utility libraries The complete list of open-source dependencies, their version numbers, licence texts, and any required attributions is available at: https://www.radmah.ai/legal/oss-attributions Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the applicable open-source licences for those components. If you believe we have failed to comply with an open-source licence obligation, contact legal@radmah.ai and we will investigate promptly.

If you believe that any content on the RadMah AI platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please follow our DMCA and Copyright Complaint procedure at www.radmah.ai/legal/dmca. For trademark concerns, patent disputes, or other IP matters: legal@radmah.ai RadMah AI will respond to verified IP notices within 10 business days.

RadMah AI may update this Intellectual Property Policy to reflect changes in the platform, applicable law, or our IP portfolio. We will notify registered users of material changes via the email address on their Account at least 30 days before those changes take effect.
