Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy governs refund eligibility and procedures for all RadMah AI plans and purchase types. It applies to: — RadMah AI Sovereign plan subscriptions — RadMah AI Enterprise plan engagements — RadMah AI Free plan usage — Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) credit purchases Refund requests must be submitted in accordance with the procedures described in this policy. RadMah AI processes all eligible refund requests promptly and without penalty to the customer. For questions not addressed below, contact billing@radmah.ai.

2. Free Plan

The RadMah AI Free plan carries no subscription charges. Accordingly, no refund is applicable to Free plan usage. Free plan users who upgrade to a paid plan mid-cycle are subject to the refund terms applicable to the paid plan from the date of upgrade.

3. Sovereign Plan — 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New Sovereign plan subscribers are entitled to a full refund of their first subscription payment if they request a refund within 14 calendar days of the subscription start date ("Money-Back Period"). Eligibility conditions: (a) The refund request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original subscription activation date; (b) The request must be made by the Account owner via billing@radmah.ai from the email address associated with the Account; (c) The guarantee applies to the first billing period only. Renewals, mid-cycle upgrades, and additional seat purchases are not covered by this guarantee unless a separate written commitment is made; (d) The guarantee is available once per legal entity. If an organisation has previously held a Sovereign subscription and cancelled it, a new subscription by the same legal entity is not eligible for a second money-back guarantee unless agreed in writing. Refunds for Sovereign plan subscriptions outside the 14-day Money-Back Period are not available except where required by applicable consumer protection law. If you cancel your Sovereign subscription after the 14-day period, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle. No pro-rata refund is issued for the unused portion of the billing period.

4. Enterprise Plan

Enterprise plan engagements are governed by the individual Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Order Form executed between your organisation and RadMah AI. Unless the applicable Enterprise contract expressly provides for refunds, refund rights for Enterprise engagements are limited to: (a) Amounts invoiced for periods following a valid termination for cause under the contract; (b) Prepaid amounts for services not yet delivered where RadMah AI is the party in material breach; (c) Any amounts that applicable law requires to be refunded regardless of contract terms. Enterprise customers should contact their Account Manager or legal@radmah.ai for contract-specific billing queries.

5. Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) Credit Purchases

PAYG credits are pre-purchased units of compute capacity consumed against generation jobs, training jobs, and other metered platform operations. 5.1 Consumed Credits Credits that have been consumed against completed or partially completed jobs are non-refundable. "Consumed" means the credit balance was reduced by a job execution, regardless of whether the output satisfied your requirements. RadMah AI does not offer result-based refunds for consumed credits. 5.2 Unused Credits — 30-Day Refund Window Credits that remain unused in your Account balance are eligible for a refund if: (a) The refund request is submitted within 30 calendar days of the original credit purchase date; and (b) The credits have not been consumed. Unused credits older than 30 calendar days from the purchase date are non-refundable but remain valid for use until the credit expiry date specified in your Account or until Account closure. 5.3 Credit Expiry PAYG credits do not expire while an active paid Account is in good standing. Credits purchased on Free plan Accounts or on Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to expiry as described in the platform terms. 5.4 Account Closure On Account closure, any outstanding unused PAYG credit balance will be refunded in full if the closure is initiated by the customer within 30 days of the last credit purchase. After 30 days, unused credits are forfeited on Account closure.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable in all circumstances unless required by applicable law: — Setup fees, onboarding fees, and professional services fees — Consumed PAYG credits — Sovereign subscription fees outside the 14-day Money-Back Period — Enterprise contract amounts already earned and invoiced under a valid contract — Fees for completed custom model training, fine-tuning, or dedicated compute engagements — Third-party fees (such as pass-through AI provider costs) billed at cost RadMah AI does not issue refunds or credits for: — Service interruptions within the uptime guarantees specified in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) — Dissatisfaction with Generated Outputs (synthetic data quality is inherently probabilistic and dependent on your Reference Data and configuration) — Platform changes, feature deprecations, or pricing adjustments made with adequate advance notice

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to billing@radmah.ai from the email address associated with your Account, including the following information: (a) Subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Account Email]" (b) Your Account email address and organisation name (c) The plan, product, or credit purchase for which you are requesting a refund (d) The date of the original charge and the approximate amount (e) The reason for your request (brief description — this helps us improve the platform) RadMah AI may request additional information to verify your identity and Account ownership before processing a refund. Refund requests submitted by third parties or from email addresses not associated with the Account cannot be processed.

8. Processing Timeline

RadMah AI will acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days of receipt. Eligible refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of eligibility confirmation. Refunds are issued to the original payment method on file with Stripe. We do not issue refunds by wire transfer, cheque, or alternative payment instrument unless the original payment method is no longer available. Timeline for funds to appear: — Credit and debit card refunds: 5–10 business days after processing (subject to your card issuer's timeline) — Bank debit (ACH / SEPA) refunds: up to 10 business days RadMah AI is not responsible for delays caused by your card issuer, bank, or payment network.

9. Consumer Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation, including but not limited to: — EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and national implementing legislation — UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — Australian Consumer Law — Equivalent consumer protection statutes in other applicable jurisdictions Where applicable consumer law provides greater refund rights than those set out above, those rights apply and are not reduced by this policy. For EU and UK consumers: the statutory 14-day cancellation period for digital services begins on the date of contract formation (Account activation). If you request that service delivery begins within the statutory cancellation period, you acknowledge that the right to cancel may be extinguished once the service has been fully performed, and that partial performance may reduce the refund amount proportionately.

10. Changes to This Policy

RadMah AI may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at www.radmah.ai/legal/refund and communicated to registered users via email at least 14 days before taking effect.
